Our Story
Where We Come From
Chicago Thinz was born out of a deep love for authentic Chicago street food. We grew up eating Vienna Beef dogs, thin crust pizza, and Italian beef — and we wanted to bring that same experience to Manitowoc.
After 12+ years working Vienna Beef food shows and helping set up Chicago-style restaurants across the region, we knew it was time to open our own place. Every recipe we serve is rooted in the real thing.
We're not a chain. We're not a franchise. We're a family that loves Chicago food and works hard every single day to make sure you taste the difference.
