Chicago Thinz was built on something real — a deep respect for our craft, an unwavering commitment to this community, and a standard of excellence we hold ourselves to every single day. The loyalty Manitowoc has shown us means everything, and we do not take a single visit, order, or word of support for granted.

Our mission has always been simple: bring an authentic Chicago street food experience to this community and deliver it with pride. Every item on our menu — from our thin-crust pizzas and Chicago-style hot dogs to our slow-cooked Italian beef — is a reflection of who we are and what we stand for.

We also want our community to know what we have been up against. Certain other restaurant owners have deliberately targeted us — spreading misinformation and coordinating efforts to damage our reputation. We are aware of it, we are not intimidated by it, and it will not define the direction of this business.

We have poured everything into this place — our time, our resources, our name. That investment was earned through consistent work and a refusal to cut corners, and it does not waver because someone else feels threatened by our presence.

Our reputation lives in the kitchen, at the counter, and in every interaction we have with the people who walk through our door. Not in the noise.
